This tropical oasis is located in the hotel’s 7th floor rooftop bar, Rules & Regs where guests can get tiki in Texas with a menu including nods to the iconic Tonga Room & Hurricane Bar at Fairmont San Francisco.
The Broken Coconut’s refreshing cocktail menu features traditional tiki staples with unique adaptations like the Lone Star Mai Tai featuring Garrison Brothers Bourbon, plus sharable beverage bowls like the Mermaid Lagoon and Tonga Room’s Scorpion Bowl. Pair any drink with indulgent bites from the food selections including Coconut Shrimp, Short Rib Skewers and Pog Ceviche. On top of the enticing menu, this Tiki pop-up bar also features nostalgic games and prizes that are sure to bring out your inner child.
