Chocolate Lovers
Flourless chocolate sponge, dark chocolate creameux, milk chocolate mousse, chocolate glaze. Gluten free and nut free. Serves 12-15 people.
Confetti Cake
Vanilla sponge cake, raspberry marmalade, lemon curd, vanilla whipped ganache. Contains gluten and dairy. Serves 12-15 people.
Triple Chocolate Pecan Praline
Chocolate joconde, dark chocolate cremeux, crunchy pecan praline, milk chocolate mousse. Contains nuts, gluten and dairy. Serves 12-15 people.
ATX Red Velvet
Red velvet cake, light cream cheese mousse, vanilla whipped ganache, cherry compote, cream cheese icing. Contains gluten and dairy. Serves 12-15 people.
Pretty in Pink
Vanilla joconde, yuzu strawberry marmalade, crunchy hazelnut praline, raspberry, guava jelly, passion fruit, mascarpone mousse. Contains nuts, gluten and diary. Serves 6-8 people.
