Gold reservation worth it!

The Austin Fairmont is a nice hotel overall but the gold lounge is a gem! The gold manager, Jesse, is fantastic and goes above and beyond. Over my 5 days here I met most of the gold staff and they were all great. Really make you feel a valued guest.

The staff was amazing

My wife and I have stayed here quite a few times and have always loved it so decided to bring our two boys with us this time. The staff made them feel so welcome from the time we stepped in the door, at the front desk and everywhere they went. We all really enjoyed our stay. We ran into Jesse Mower the Gold Lounge manager in the elevator and he and the boys struck up a conversation and he was so nice to them and made us feel very welcomed.

Great experience with Fairmont Gold. Great pool, lounge, view, spa. Bernice was fantastic as a massage therapist. Experienced and perceptive. Very relaxing. Customer service on point. Consistent across locations. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience

I spent 4 days with my husband and my kids at Fairmont and all I can tell is it is such a really good hotel, my room was beautiful! As well as the service in the spa. Melissa has magical hands, I was amazed by the pool especially Fairmont Gold, Sarah, Jack, and Alondra they just own the place! We came late for the canapes during my first night, however Alondra kindly offered to take some to my room as I was feeling tired that night to stay at the lounge.
